Tiny Laser Maine is a boutique event & hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced coordinators and wedding professionals looking to join an established team.

We provide wedding coordination and planning services for engaged couples. This position is an independent contractor role with schedule flexibility. Weekend availability is a must.  Team flow training & onboarding is provided.

The purpose of this position is to support Coordinators on event day with both venue setup and client support tasks on event days, and often serving as a guide for guests, vendors and venue staff while a coordinators focus is elsewhere on event day. This is a fast paced role that can be ideal for anyone who’s had experience in the hospitality industry as servers, bartenders, bar-backs and other front of houses roles with customer interactions.

This position is for our 2026 season but long term seasonal work may be available. The position is per diem position.
